Solaris Massage is seeking a mature, experienced Licensed Massage Therapist to join our peaceful, well-established practice in Kansas City's Westside neighborhood.

Part-Time Position: 2–3 shorter shifts per week (flexible scheduling available)
Focus: Provide excellent therapeutic massage services in a peaceful, low-drama environment
Workplace: Quiet, intentional space with strong client loyalty
No business management required: We handle marketing, booking, supplies, and client logistics—you focus on your hands-on work
Clients: Thoughtful, respectful clientele seeking therapeutic massage for wellness, recovery, and relaxation
Ideal Candidate:
Licensed Massage Therapist in Missouri (required)
Seasoned professional with at least 3 years of hands-on massage experience
Strong understanding of massage therapy business and professional boundaries
High regard for the professional code of ethics and maintaining a safe, respectful environment
Reliable and punctual: Shows up ready to work, professionally dressed and prepared
Emotionally mature: Brings a calm, centered energy to the workspace
Prefers employment over entrepreneurship: Enjoys the simplicity of getting a W-2
Communicates with care: Enjoys quiet, peaceful client interactions focused on the client’s relaxation and well-being
