Cancellation Policy

Our cancellation policy requires 24 hours notice.

Appointments missed or canceled with less than 24 hours notice are subject to 100% of the scheduled service price. We don’t want you to pay for a massage you don’t get. We don't want you to have a massage under duress. We DO want you to show up for your scheduled appointment. When you give us 24-hour notice, we can give your time to someone else. Then we don’t have to drive in, look at each other, and ruminate on putting a pox on both your houses. In related news, if you are booking a couples or simultaneous massage, please make sure the time is right for the other person before booking. We recommend AGAINST ambush massage surprises. If a gift is what you hope to give, a Gift Certificate is the way to go.
