At Wednesday Walking Club we meet at the shop pick a direction, and go for a moderately paced walk with a great group of Solaris Massage clients and staff! We get a little movement, sunshine (weather dependent) and ALWAYS learn something new from our fellow walkers! Check here to see if we WON’T WALK, but assuming it’s not wildly windy or wet, we’ll get our steps in!
